目的:观察冠心宁片对麻醉犬血流动力学的影响。方法:将本重(12±2)kg的健康Beagle犬,随机分为空白对照组、冠心宁片高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照(冠心宁注射液)组,采用开胸分离麻醉犬冠状动脉,用电磁流量计测量冠脉血流量,用多道生理记录仪测定左心室内压,观察麻醉犬血流动力学的变化。结果:冠心宁片降低心率、平均动脉压,但差异不显著(P>0.05),明显增加冠脉流量、心肌血流量和左心室内压(P<0.05),降低冠脉阻力和左室舒张末期压(P<0.05)。结论:冠心宁片可明显增加冠脉流量,降低冠脉阻力及左室舒张末期压,对心脏血流动力学有明显的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Guanxinning Tablet on hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs. METHODS: Healthy Beagle dogs weighing (12±2) kg were randomly divided into blank control group, Guanxinning tablet high, middle and low dose group, and positive control (Guanxinning injection) group. Anesthetize the dog’s coronary artery, measure the coronary blood flow with an electromagnetic flowmeter, measure the left intraventricular pressure with a multi-channel physiological recorder, and observe the hemodynamic changes of the anesthetized dog. Results: Guanxinning tablet decreased heart rate and mean arterial pressure, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). It significantly increased coronary flow, myocardial blood flow and left intraventricular pressure (P<0.05), reduced coronary resistance and left ventricular resistance. End-diastolic pressure (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Guanxinning Tablet can significantly increase coronary flow, reduce coronary resistance and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure, and have a significant improvement in cardiac hemodynamics.
