以小麦秸秆为主要成分,以玉米淀粉为胶粘剂制备生物降解材料,利用二次旋转正交组合试验设计方法进行四因素(物料含水率、模具温度、模压压力、保压时间)五水平正交试验,研究了各因素对试样拉伸强度、弯曲弹性模量、弯曲强度等力学性能影响规律,并运用模糊综合评判法通过频数选优进行了系统参数的优化组合.结果表明,当模具温度为124.3~131.7℃,物料含水率为47.3%~54.5%,模压压力为63.3~74.2 k N,保压时间为3.78~4.73 min时,可以获得较高拉伸强度、弯曲强度及弯曲弹性模量的试样.
A biodegradable material was prepared by using corn stalk as the main component and corn starch as the adhesive.
