目的 研究高压氧治疗 (HBOT)是否可改善链脲佐菌素 (STZ)大鼠的糖尿病性心肌病变。方法 STZ大鼠造模成功 3个月、电镜证实有心肌病变后 ,随机分为三组 :( 1)HBOT组 (n =3 0 ) :每天接受 0 .15MPa、HBOT 1小时 ,连续 2 0天。( 2 )糖尿病对照组 (n =3 2 ) :不做治疗。 ( 3 )正常对照组 (n =2 0 ) :腹腔注射生理盐水的无糖尿病的正常大鼠。分别在疗程5天、10天、2 0天后处死治疗组及同期对照组大鼠 ,取心脏进行HE染色病理学观察和电镜观察。结果 HBOT 2 0天后STZ大鼠的糖尿病性心肌病变明显好于同期糖尿病对照组 ,电镜观察显示肌丝排列整齐、Z线明显、线粒体排列规则、结构紧凑。结论 HBOT可改善STZ大鼠糖尿病性心肌病变。
Objective To investigate whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) can ameliorate diabetic cardiomyopathy in streptozotocin (STZ) rats. Methods STZ rats were successfully established for 3 months. After myocardial infarction was confirmed by electron microscopy, they were randomly divided into three groups: (1) HBOT group (n = 30): received 0.15 Mpa and 1 h HBOT every day for 20 consecutive days . (2) Diabetic control group (n = 32): No treatment. (3) Normal control group (n = 20): normal rats without diabetes mellitus injected with normal saline. The rats in the treatment group and the control group were sacrificed 5 days, 10 days and 20 days after the course of treatment respectively. The hearts were harvested for HE staining and electron microscopy. Results After 2 days of HBOT treatment, the diabetic cardiomyopathy in STZ rats was significantly better than that in the control group. Electron microscopy showed that the myofilament arranged neatly, the Z line was obvious, the mitochondria arranged regularly and the structure was compact. Conclusion HBOT can improve diabetic cardiomyopathy in STZ rats.
