校长管理学校,其实也是在管理自己.只有管理自己得体、到位,才能在管理学校时游刃有余.然而,今天的不少校长,却往往因为存有私念,而自我管理放不开手脚,在学校的管理中也就显得畏首畏尾,严重束缚了学校及师生的发展.因此,校长若能时时“忘我”,便能推动整所学校的发展,充满智慧地管理学校.
