目的:通过观察caspase-3在良性前列腺增生(BPH)中不对称叶的表达情况,探讨凋亡机制在BPH发生的意义。方法:采用自身对照设计,应用免疫组织化学的方法,对caspase-3蛋白在25例不对称BPH中增生明显叶与不明显叶组织中表达水平进行检测。结果:caspase-3蛋白在前列腺明显叶组及不明显叶组表达的程度不同,增生不明显叶组阳性率为84.0%,显著高于明显叶组(56.0%)。结论:caspase-3在前列腺中不均-表达所致腺体的凋亡状态不同,表现为前列腺的增生状态不同,提示凋亡机制在BPH的发生与发展中发挥重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of caspase-3 in asymmetric leaves of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and to explore the significance of apoptosis in BPH. Methods: The self-control design was used to detect the expression of caspase-3 protein in 25 cases of asymmetric BPH with obvious foliar and insignificant leaf tissues by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of caspase-3 protein in the group of obvious leaf and the group of obvious leaf of prostate was different. The positive rate of caspase-3 protein was 84.0% in leaf group with no obvious hyperplasia, which was significantly higher than that in group with obvious leaf (56.0%). CONCLUSIONS: Caspase-3 is not uniform in the prostate - the apoptotic state of glands is different due to the expression of caspase-3. Prostatic hyperplasia state is different, which suggests that apoptosis mechanism plays an important role in the occurrence and development of BPH.
