老年黄斑变性(Senile Macular Degener-ation,SMD)是西方国家50岁以上老年人低视力和盲目的首要原因,目前本病在我国发病率有逐渐增高趋势。已有学者对SMD视功能改变进行多方面的研究,发现SMD早期已有色觉功能改变,并与病情的严重程度有关。本文采用Humphrey 视野分析仪黄斑色阈值程序对103例(121眼)SMD病人,其中视力或矫正视力≥1.0以上早期SMD 64例(82眼)进行了颜色明度敏感性(Color Brightness Sensitivity,CBS)检测,试图观察SMD 的CBS 改变,以探索SMD 的早期诊断方法。
Senile Macular Degeneration (SMD) is the primary cause of low vision and blindness in the elderly over 50 years old in western countries. At present, the incidence of this disease in our country is gradually increasing. Some scholars have carried out various studies on the change of visual function of SMD, and found that the early change of color vision function of SMD has been related to the severity of the disease. In this study, color brightness sensitivity (CBS) was measured in 64 eyes of 103 patients (121 eyes) with visual acuity or corrected visual acuity of 1.0 or above in 64 cases of early SMD (82 eyes) using the Humphrey visual field speckle threshold program , Trying to observe the SMD CBS changes to explore the SMD early diagnosis.
