由于电刷镀技术在修旧利废、增产节约方面有显著效益,因而在国内得到广泛推广应用。随着应用范围的不断扩大,对镀液材料品种数量的要求及工具的改进已成为当前急待解决的问题。我厂已经试验性地用电刷镀修复了一些电器绝缘件小型冲压模具,但是,这些小型冲压模具磨耗的部位一般都是4毫米宽小深槽的两侧面及φ5毫米的导向孔。刷镀修复时,只能用2毫米厚的平板阳极和φ3毫米的圆柱形阳极。开始是用高纯细结构石墨来制作这些小阳极,但在刷镀过程中,这些特薄小型石墨阳极很容易拆断,给电刷镀操作造成了一定的困难,并且浪费阳极。
As brush plating technology in the repair of old scrap, increase production and saving have significant benefits, which in the country has been widely promoted. Our factory has tentatively used brush plating to repair some miniature stamping dies for electrical insulating parts. However, the parts worn by these miniature stamping dies are generally 4mm deep and both sides of the deep groove and φ5mm guide holes. Brush plating repair, only with 2 mm thick flat anode and φ3 mm cylindrical anode. The beginning is to use high-purity fine graphite structure to make these small anodes, but in the plating process, these very thin and small graphite anode is easy to disassemble, causing some difficulties to the brush plating operation, and wasting the anode.
