[目的]了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)情况,完善VCT服务质量。[方法]对2009年到南京市雨花台区VCT门诊自愿接受艾滋病咨询及HIV抗体检测的人群资料进行分析。[结果]2009年合计咨询796人,其中女性占77.51%,20~30岁占70.23%;有非婚异性性行为史者占55.28%;孕产妇占34.17%;对795人进行检测,HIV抗体阳性的1例,阳性率为0.13%。[结论]雨花台区艾滋病VCT工作有待加大宣传力度,扩大服务范围。 [Objective] To understand the situation of voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) of AIDS and improve the quality of VCT services. [Methods] The data of the crowd volunteered for HIV counseling and HIV antibody testing in Yuhuatai District VCT clinic in 2009 were analyzed. [Results] A total of 796 people were consulted in 2009, of which 77.51% were women, 70.23% were 20-30 years old, 55.28% were with non-marital sexual history, 34.17% were pregnant women, 795 were tested, and HIV antibody Positive in 1 case, the positive rate was 0.13%. [Conclusion] The work of VCT in HIV / AIDS in Yuhuatai District needs to step up publicity efforts and expand its service scope.
