研究了经不同热处理得到的C-Mn钢轨的滚动接触疲劳行为。分别在硬度和碳化物分散度相同时,对比了珠光体和回火索氏体的接触疲劳及磨损性能。通过分析轨面下层的硬度分布,探讨了两种组织的加工硬化行为。结果表明,硬度是影响钢轨接触疲劳寿命的主要因素;细珠光体的强烈加工硬化性能及大的加工硬化层深度,是使接触疲劳性能及耐磨性能优于回火索氏体的原因所在。
The rolling contact fatigue behavior of C-Mn rails obtained by different heat treatments was studied. The contact fatigue and wear properties of pearlite and tempered sorbite were compared respectively when the hardness and carbide dispersion were the same. By analyzing the hardness distribution of the lower layer of the rail surface, the work hardening behavior of the two kinds of structures was discussed. The results show that the hardness is the main factor affecting the contact fatigue life of the rail. The strong work hardening properties of pearlite and the large depth of hardened layer make the contact fatigue and wear resistance superior to that of tempered sorbite.
