随着荷瘤鼠活体成像技术的发展,非侵袭性成像在临床前研究中发挥了越来越重要的作用。活体成像可以在微创或无创的条件下对活体组织或动物体内的生理生物活动进行成像跟踪。直观灵敏地检测基因的表达模式、标记和示踪细胞、探讨蛋白质间的相互作用。在此围绕可见光成像、核素成像、磁共振成像、计算机断层摄影和超声成像等5种活体成像技术,总结其特点及主要应用,并讨论活体成像技术的发展趋势。
With the development of live tumor imaging in tumor-bearing mice, noninvasive imaging has played an increasingly important role in preclinical studies. In Vivo Imaging The biophysical activity in living tissues or animals can be imaged in minimally invasive or noninvasive conditions. Intuitive and sensitive detection of gene expression patterns, labeling and tracing of cells, to explore the interaction between proteins. In this paper, five kinds of live imaging technologies, such as visible imaging, radionuclide imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography and ultrasound imaging, are summarized, their characteristics and main applications are summarized, and the development trend of live imaging technology is discussed.
