种子注入双共振PPMgLN光参量振荡器

报道了一种种子注入式PPMgLN外腔双共振环形腔光参量振荡器。抽运光偏振方向在PPMgLN晶体(MgO物质的量分数为5%)内满足e→e+e相位匹配,有效利用了晶体的最大非线性系数d33(25pm·V-1)。以重复频率为400Hz、功率为556mW、波长为1064nm的单频脉冲激光作为抽运源,在晶体极化周期为30.5μm、温度为110℃的条件下,获得了平均功率为79mW的1.57μm信号光和平均功率为38.5mW的3.3μm空闲光输出,抽运光-参量光的总转换效率可达22%。采用种子激光注入技术获得了单频窄线宽参量光输出,实验测得1.57μm信号光输出的线宽小于100 MHz,10min内频率漂移不超过141 MHz。 A seed injection PPMgLN external cavity double resonance ring optical parametric oscillator is reported. The polarization direction of the pumping light satisfies the e → e + e phase matching within the PPMgLN crystal (5% of the mass fraction of MgO), making use of the maximum nonlinear coefficient d33 (25 pm · V -1) of the crystal. A single-frequency pulsed laser with a repetition frequency of 400Hz, a power of 556mW and a wavelength of 1064nm was used as the pumping source. A 1.57μm signal with an average power of 79mW was obtained at a crystal polarization period of 30.5μm and a temperature of 110 ℃ 3.3μm free light with an average power of 38.5mW and a total conversion efficiency of pumping light - parametric light of up to 22%. The single-frequency narrow-linewidth optical parametric output was obtained by using the seed laser injection technology. The linewidth of the 1.57μm signal light output was less than 100 MHz and the frequency drift within10min was less than 141 MHz.
