以KQ系列四位配料机作为研究对象,参照贮仓散体力学方面的经典Janssen理论,推导出用于计算配料机储料仓粉体法向静压力分布的解析公式;利用SolidWorks软件建立四位配料机的三维整体模型,并导入ANSYS施加当量载荷和相关约束后进行求解。计算结果表明,四位配料机除计量吊耳处米赛斯应力较大,超过了材料的屈服极限外,其余部件均满足设计要求。本研究为四位配料机储料仓的优化设计提供了理论依据,具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the classic Janssen theory of bulk mechanics in storage silo, a four-position mixer of KQ series was taken as the research object, and the analytical formula for calculating the normal static pressure distribution of powder bin in the batching machine was deduced. Using SolidWorks software, The three-dimensional model of the blender is then solved by introducing ANSYS with equivalent loads and associated constraints. The calculation results show that the four dosers except for the measuring lugs have large stress, and exceed the yield limit of the material. All the other components meet the design requirements. This study provides the theoretical basis for the optimization design of the four doser bunkers and has certain reference value.
