患者,女,45岁.因发热、关节疼痛、咳嗽及双手红斑2月余,以系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)入院.体检:T37.8℃ P90次/分 R22次/分BP12/8kPa.全身表浅淋巴结无明显肿大,双肺呼吸音粗糙,心率90次/分、律齐、未闻及器质性杂音.腹部平软,肝、脾助下未触及,肠鸣音正常.面部见境界不清暗红斑及毛细血管扩张,双手背见紫红色斑.
The patient, female, aged 45 years old, was admitted to hospital with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) due to fever, joint pain, cough and erythema of both hands for more than 2 months.Physiological examination: T37.8 ℃ P90 beats / min R22 beats / min BP12 / 8kPa No obvious swelling of the superficial lymph nodes, respiratory sounds rough lungs, heart rate 90 beats / min, law Qi, no smell and organic murmur.Abdominal flat soft, liver, spleen help did not touch, bowel sounds normal. Endemic dark red and capillary dilatation, both hands see purple spots.
