打听、分析是顾客买商品时常有的事,为什么买卖没成呢?分析、回顾一下看,推销是关键的一步。我记得,我刚做销售工作时,只顾跟顾客说,劝他买,结果,所有的推销都失败了。推销不是只顾自己去劝说。首先,应让顾客说话,这是一条铁的原则,要从谈话中捕捉顾客的习惯及提示等,从而抓住有说服力的线索。经销决非是轻松的行业,即使最好的商品,没有得到消费者的使用,没有发挥其良好的作用,此产品也毫无意义。担负着企业生命线的是销售工作。
