S195柴油机呼吸器的作用是降低曲轴箱的压力,减少润滑油的飞溅和外溢,最终改善柴油机的“三漏”。但是,几年来不少用户反映柴油机上安装呼吸器后,反而增加了“三漏”。为什么会造成这种反作用呢?原来呼吸器本身有问题。呼吸器内有一副弹簧及阀片,工作时受到润滑机油的作用后,会使阀片粘贴在阀座上,使原来畅通的呼吸器变成堵塞的不工作的有害管道。此时,曲轴箱内压力猛增,致使油从柴油机的动、静接合面处往机外窜。如果这时把呼吸器卸下来,柴油机一切都会正常。
