2011年开年,中国人民银行德宏州中心支行(简称中支)党委就把干部交流作为培养后备干部、增强活力,锻炼队伍,提升素质的有效途径,并精心组织县支行3名副行长交流到中支,中支1名副科长和2名业务骨干交流到县支行,实施了中层干部、一般干部系统内跨单位进行交流,较好地为年轻干部搭建了多岗位锻炼、多部门交流的干事创业平台。为做好干部交流工作,中支实施了“三个早、三环节、三保障”的措施。
