柴油机上为保证进油清洁,在低压油路中设置了多道滤芯与滤网,但在柴油机长期工作中,如果油料管理不严,油中混有杂物,容易引起油路堵塞,使油路中压力迅速下降,空气便通过油箱从放气回油管道倒流入内,致使柴油机“熄火”。每次清除油污后,还需排除油路中的空气。据测定,每次排放油路中的空气浪费柴油50~100毫升左右,清除污物浪费的柴油更多,由于排气次数的增加,油管接头螺丝拧动频繁,从而促使了油路漏油或进气。为避免经常去排除油路中的空气,并防止空气从放气回油管倒流,我们改进了原油路。改进后的新油路(见图)把滤清器上的放气螺孔堵死,取消放气回油管,预热塞的油管可接
