研究表明,在电测法中,传导检测法对精矿湿度测定最为灵敏。作者认为,用这种方法测定精矿湿度将得到更为准确的结果。众所周知,精矿湿度变化从8%到12%时,其比电阻与湿度的关系呈现非线性特性,接近双曲线的关系。当测量精矿的矿物组分时,双曲线基本上沿湿度轴变化。实验表明,在一定的湿度下,影响精矿比电阻最重要的因素是精矿中铁的含量,特别是磁铁矿的含量。
Studies have shown that in the electrical measurement method, the conductivity detection method is most sensitive to the determination of concentrate moisture. The author believes that using this method to determine the concentrate moisture will get more accurate results. It is well-known that when the humidity of concentrate changes from 8% to 12%, the relationship between specific resistance and humidity shows a nonlinear characteristic, which is close to the hyperbolic relationship. When measuring the mineral composition of a concentrate, the hyperbola varies substantially along the humidity axis. Experiments show that under certain humidity, the most important factor affecting the specific resistance of the concentrate is the content of iron in the concentrate, especially the content of magnetite.
