宿主、媒介、病原体是构成鼠疫流行的三个重要环节。有关媒介蚤的实验研究中常常需要制备一定数量的感染蚤供试。1989～1996年,我们在进行云南家野两型疫源地七种主要蚤类传播鼠疫的研究过程中,对七种蚤类进行了人工实验感染,因感染蚤的制备是整个传播试验的关键步骤,本文旨在介绍感染蚤的制备方法及应掌握的环节。
