国有企业是我国国民经济的主体,国有企业的运营在很大程度上影响着我国经济发展的走向。在经济全球化的大形势下,国有企业为了实现企业转型,走可持续性发展道路,就必须构建适应激烈市场竞争环境的企业文化。“心理契约”研究的深入为我国国企文化建设提供崭新的建设途径,本文就基于我国国有企业文化建设的现状,简要分析了基于心理契约构建国有企业文化的途径。
State-owned enterprises are the mainstay of our country’s national economy. The operation of state-owned enterprises largely affects the trend of China’s economic development. Under the general situation of economic globalization, in order to realize the transformation of enterprises and take the road of sustainable development, state-owned enterprises must build a corporate culture that is adapted to the fierce market competition environment. “Psychological Contract ” ’s thorough research provides the brand - new construction way for our country’ s state - owned enterprise culture construction, this article has analyzed briefly the way that builds the state - owned enterprise culture based on the psychological contract based on the current situation of our country state - owned enterprise culture construction.
