研究了振动对四硼酸锂晶体生长的影响,从几个基本流体力学方程出发,对加振动后的方程进行了一定的分析,得到振动后的熔体运动模式与容器直径、流体高度、时间有关.然后通过模拟实验选择了合适的振动频率,熔体的高度和容器的直径.将其用于实际的Li2B4O7晶体生长,并对在其它生长条件相同的情况下加振动的BR方法生长的LBO晶体与不加振动的BR方法所生长的LBO晶体进行了比较,得到在合适的振动下,晶体质量比在其它生长条件相同情况下不加振动生长的晶体质量更好.
The influence of vibration on the growth of lithium tetraborate crystal was studied. Based on several basic hydrodynamic equations, the equation after vibration was analyzed. The vibrational mode was related to the diameter of vessel, the height of fluid and the time . Then through a simulation experiment to choose the appropriate vibration frequency, the height of the melt and the diameter of the container. It was used for the actual growth of Li2B4O7 crystals and the growth of LBO crystals grown under the same growth conditions with the BR method was compared with that of the LBO crystals grown by the non-vibrational BR method, , The crystal quality is better than the crystal grown without vibration under the same growth conditions as other conditions.
