目的分别应用臭氧和紫外线两种消毒方法对烧伤重症病区的空气进行消毒,观察不同消毒时间的效果,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法分别应用臭氧与紫外线两种方法对烧伤重症病区的空气进行消毒,计算消毒前后1 h和2 h空气中细菌总数,比较消毒效果。结果臭氧与紫外线对烧伤重症病区均有较好的消毒效果,但臭氧消毒的起效作用快,且对细菌的减少值明显高于紫外线组。结论对烧伤重症病区空气用臭氧进行消毒,起效快,消毒效果更理想,临床治疗中可以积极应用。
Objective To apply ozone and ultraviolet disinfection methods respectively to disinfect the air of severe burn area and observe the effect of different disinfection time in order to provide theoretical support for clinical work. Methods Two methods of ozone and UV were used to disinfect the air in the severe burn area. The total bacteria in the air at 1 h and 2 h before and after disinfection were calculated, and the disinfection effect was compared. Results Both ozone and ultraviolet light had a good disinfection effect on the severe burn area. However, the ozone disinfection had a quick onset effect and the reduction of bacteria was significantly higher than that of the ultraviolet group. Conclusion The air in severe burn patients is sterilized by ozone, which has quick onset and better disinfection effect. It can be applied actively in clinical treatment.
