目的:建立风痛宁片中麻黄碱含量测定的方法。方法:在强碱条件下将风痛宁片中麻黄碱分离,然后与碳酸钠、过碘酸钠反应生成苯甲醛,在242nm下利用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果:在2.5~10μg/ml范围线性关系良好,A=0.0618C+0.0594(r=0.9994,n=5),麻黄碱测定的平均回收率为98.63%,RSD为1.07%(n=5)。结论:风痛宁中麻黄碱的紫外测定方法,且方法稳定、可行,具有实用性。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of ephedrine content in Fengtongning tablets. Methods: The ephedrine in Fengtongning tablets was separated under strong alkali condition, and then reacted with sodium carbonate and sodium periodate to produce benzaldehyde. The content was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 242nm. Results: The linearity was good in the range of 2.5 ~ 10μg / ml. The average recovery of ephedrine was 98.63% and the RSD was 1.07% (n = 5) with A = 0.0618C + 0.0594 (r = 0.9994, n = 5). Conclusion: The method of UV determination of Ephedrine in Fengtongning is stable, feasible and practical.
