把涡流室式柴油机不同区域与不同时期的燃烧过程分开处理,将涡流室的燃烧过程划分为3个阶段,即:低温着火化学动力学反应阶段、高温预混燃烧化学动力学反应阶段和相关火焰微元的扩散燃烧阶段,而认为主燃烧室的燃烧只有相关火焰微元的扩散燃烧阶段。用Shel着火模型、Arrhenius方程和相关火焰微元模型来分别模拟低温着火、高温预混燃烧和扩散燃烧过程。开发了三维数值模拟计算程序并对其进行计算,研究了涡流室中瞬态温度场的变化过程。模型预测的示功图和涡流室中的燃烧放热率与试验值吻合良好。
Vortex chamber diesel engine in different regions and different periods of the combustion process separately, the vortex chamber combustion process is divided into three stages, namely: low temperature ignition chemical kinetic reaction stage, high temperature premixed combustion chemical kinetic reaction stage and related flame Micro-diffusion combustion stage, and that the main combustion chamber combustion flame only related to the proliferation of micro-combustion stage. A three-dimensional numerical simulation program was developed and calculated, and the change of transient temperature field in the vortex chamber was studied. The model predictions of the dynamometer and the heat release rate in the vortex chamber agree well with the experimental values.
