在火电厂中,发电辅助设备能耗费用占电厂运行成本的一定比例,而锅炉引送风机能耗在整个辅机能耗中又占相当大的比重,约占机组总功率的2%~2.5%,在电厂能耗中所占比例很大。引送风机作为电站锅炉重要的辅助设备有不同的运行调节方式,并直接影响其经济运行状况。因此,在保证引送风机适应锅炉负荷变化需要的前提下,尽可能减少因节流而引起的能量损失,降低生产成本,对发电企业来讲显得至关重要。文中结合临沂某发电公司125 MW机组#3炉引送风机设计、运行工况及运行方式分析,论证了锅炉引送风机通过改变调速驱动降低风机功耗,实现锅炉引送风机节能提效的几种改造方案及其可行性建议。
