本文探讨了ICT变革时代通信行业人才培养模式形成的基本过程和主要特征,运用SWOT分析法分析了通信行业人才培养模式所具有的优势、劣势,以及所面临的机会和威胁,从文化创新、关心关爱员工、完善企业大学培训机制等方面探讨了构建新型通信行业人才培养模式的基本思路,实现通信行业内部人才组织和资源优势可持续发展利用。
This article explores the basic process and characteristics of the formation of talent training mode in ICT industry in the era of ICT change. It analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of talent training mode in telecommunications industry and the opportunities and threats it faces by SWOT analysis. From the aspects of cultural innovation and concern Caring staff and perfecting the training mechanism of enterprise university, explored the basic train of thought for building a new type of personnel training mode in communication industry, and realized the internal utilization of talents and the sustainable use of resources in the communication industry.
