为解决弱轴抗侧刚度不足的问题和降低地震作用对我国抗震设防高烈度区的某高层住宅建筑的影响,对其进行了隔震设计。结果表明:隔震设计能满足该结构抗震性能设计目标及《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)的规定,隔震设计降低了抗震设防烈度以进行上部结构后抗震设计,从而实现降低工程造价的经济性要求;隔震支座竖向承压能力、竖向受拉能力、弹性复位能力、水平变形能力等是确保隔震设计有效性的重要指标;隔震层偏心率是考量隔震支座布置合理性的一个重要指标,通过控制隔震层偏心率,可实现减小上部结构扭转效应的目的。
