采用DEAE-52离子交换层析和Sephadex G-150凝胶柱层析对红松松子壳多糖(PPSP)进行分离纯化。以不同浓度PPSP的生理盐水溶液给予小鼠连续灌胃,21 d后检测小鼠肝脏和血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量4个抗氧化指标。结果显示:PPSP高剂量组与对照组相比,能够极显著提高抗氧化酶活力(P<0001)并降低丙二醛含量。表明PPSP能够增强小鼠的抗氧化能力,具有延缓衰老的作用。
The PPSP was isolated and purified by DEAE-52 ion exchange chromatography and Sephadex G-150 gel column chromatography. Mice were given gavage with normal saline solution of different concentrations of PPSP. After 21 days, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content of four antioxidant indicators. The results showed that compared with the control group, PPSP high-dose group could significantly increase the antioxidant enzyme activity (P <0001) and reduce the content of malondialdehyde. PPSP can enhance the antioxidant capacity of mice, with anti-aging effect.
