企业裁员是作为一种特殊的组织行为,对于企业会产生深刻的正负面影响。而企业集团由于组织规模庞大,人员众多,如果在裁员问题上不能够妥善解决就会对企业产生负面作用,影响企业绩效。本文结合企业集团特点,以大型企业集团Y公司为例,通过访谈法、问卷进行调查,对调查结果依据年龄、性别等划分进行分析,为大型企业集团的裁员提出了建议。
As a special kind of organizational behavior, layoffs of enterprises have a profound positive and negative impact on the enterprises. However, due to the large-scale organization and large number of employees, enterprise groups can have a negative impact on the enterprises if they can not be properly resolved in the layoffs, affecting their performance. Based on the characteristics of conglomerates, this paper takes Y company, a large conglomerate, as an example, conducts surveys through interviews and questionnaires, and analyzes the findings based on age and gender. The suggestions are put forward for the layoffs of large conglomerates.
