目的探讨大学生身体自我价值感、一般自我效能感及主观锻炼体验的关系。方法抽取山东省4所高校的864名大学生进行问卷调查。结果女生的心理烦恼和疲劳高于男生;参加封闭式运动项目的学生的心理烦恼和疲劳高于参加开放式运动项目的学生;城市生源的学生的积极幸福感和疲劳高于农村生源的学生,心理烦恼低于农村生源的学生(P值均<0.05)。大学生身体自我价值感和积极幸福感呈显著的正相关,与心理烦恼和疲劳呈显著的负相关(r值分别为0.50,-0.46,-0.06,P值均<0.01);一般自我效能感与积极幸福感和疲劳呈显著正相关,与心理烦恼呈显著负相关(r值分别为0.09,0.14,-0.29,P值均<0.01)。回归分析结果发现,身体自我价值感可作为对学生主观锻炼体验中积极幸福感的预测指标,方程的解释率为24.7%;身体自我价值感和一般自我效能感可以作为大学生主观锻炼体验中疲劳的预测指标,方程的解释率为26.7%。结论大学生身体自我价值感、一般自我效能感对主观锻炼体验均有影响。应采取针对性的措施促使大学生积极参加体育锻炼。
Objective To explore the relationship between physical self-worth, general self-efficacy and subjective exercise experience of undergraduates. Methods A total of 864 college students from 4 universities in Shandong Province were surveyed. As a result, girls’ psychological troubles and fatigue were higher than those of boys. Students who participated in closed-end sports were more anxious and tired than those who participated in open-ended sports. Students with positive urban life and fatigue were higher than rural students, Students who had less mental distress than students from rural areas (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between physical self-worth and active well-being among university students, and a significant negative correlation with psychological troubles and fatigue (r = 0.50, -0.46, -0.06, P <0.01 respectively); general self-efficacy There was a significant positive correlation between active well-being and fatigue, and negatively correlated with psychological troubles (r = 0.09, 0.14, -0.29, P <0.01 respectively). The results of regression analysis showed that the self-worth of the body can be used as a predictor of active happiness in the students’ subjective exercise experience, and the explanation rate of the equation is 24.7%. The sense of physical self-worth and the general self-efficacy can be fatigue in the subjective exercise experience of college students Forecast index, the explanation rate of the equation is 26.7%. Conclusion The physical self-worth of college students, general self-efficacy have an impact on the subjective exercise experience. Targeted measures should be taken to promote college students to actively participate in physical exercise.
