目的:研究四棱筋骨草水浸液对小鼠的抗运动疲劳作用。方法:通过对小鼠分组灌胃四棱筋骨草、红参、肉苁蓉、太子参水煎液和生理盐水后小鼠的游泳时间、血尿素氮、肝糖原和肌糖原的测定,观察比较四棱筋骨草、肉苁蓉、太子参和红参水浸液对小鼠抗运动疲劳作用。结果:四棱筋骨草、红参、肉苁蓉、太子参水煎液均能增强小鼠抗运动疲劳的作用。结论:民间草药四棱筋骨草与传统补益类中药红参、肉苁蓉、太子参一样可明显提高机体抗运动疲劳的能力,可以作为提高机体运动适应性药物开发和应用的资源植物。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-exercise fatigue effect of aqueous extract of Fructus Tetragiana on mice. Methods: The swimming time, blood urea nitrogen, hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen in mice were divided into four groups: Radix Ginseng, Radix Ginseng, Cistanche tubulosa, Pseudostellaria giganteum and saline, Anti-sports fatigue effect of four-sided barium herb, Cistanche tubulosa, heterophylla and red ginseng aqueous extract on mice. Results: Four-limbs Radix Glucosida, red ginseng, Cistanche, heterophylla decoction can enhance the role of anti-fatigue in mice. CONCLUSION: The herbaceous medicinal herb Prunella vulgaris can improve the body’s anti-fatigue ability as traditional Chinese herbs such as red ginseng, Cistanche tubulosa, and heterophylla ginseng, and can be used as a resource plant for the development and application of body-movement-adaptive drugs.
