以松塔景天幼苗为试材,采用不同浓度NaCl溶液(0、2.5、3.5、4.5、5.5、6.5、7.5、8.5、9.5mg·g~(-1))对其定期进行处理,动态测定其叶片脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量、叶绿素含量、叶面积、叶片含水量、根冠比和叶绿素荧光参数(Fv/Fm)等指标,评估松塔景天幼苗的耐盐能力,探索松塔景天在盐胁迫下的生理响应和适应能力,以便为扩大其在轻度盐碱地的绿化面积奠定理论基础。结果表明:NaCl浓度低于8.5mg·g~(-1)时,有利于松塔景天幼苗生长,其中NaCl浓度在3.5mg·g~(-1)时,最适合松塔景天幼苗生长。当NaCl浓度高于8.5mg·g~(-1)时,就会抑制其正常生长。该试验可为盐渍化地区松塔景天的推广提供指导。
