通过对柿属( Diospyrosspp) 植物中的延平柿( D.tsangil Merr.) 、浙江柿( D.glaucifolia Metc.) 、君迁子( D.lotuslinn.) 、老鸦柿( D.rhombifolia Hemsl.) 、油柿( D.oleifera cheng.) 、乌柿( D.cathayensis A.N.steward) 及柿( D.kakiL.f.) 种中59 个柿品种的染色体数目的观察,结果发现,柿属种的染色体数目均以15为基数,延平柿、浙江柿、君迁子、油柿及金枣柿含2 组染色体(2n = 30) ;老鸦柿含4 组染色体(2n = 4x= 60) ;乌柿含6 组(2n= 6x= 90) ;59 个柿品种中,除引自日本的平核无品种含9 组染色体(2n = 9x = 135) 外,其余品种均具有6 组染色体(2n = 6x = 90) 。结合形态观察,认为南漳油柿、安溪油柿并不属于油柿( D.oleiferaCheng .) 这个种,而应归于柿( D.kakiL.f.) ;金枣柿(2n= 30) 做为一个新种的证据尚不足,但至少是国内外首次发现的柿( D.kakiL.f.) 的二倍体变种。平核无则是柿种中的高倍体,不能单列为种
In the present study, the effects of D. tsangil Merr., D. glaucifolia Metc., D.lotuslinn., D. rhombifolia Hemsl.
