目的:利用电子鼻技术实现多基原郁金的快速准确鉴定。方法:以检测器响应值为指标筛选样品的检测参数和金属传感器,通过主成分分析和辨别因子分析对特征数据进行统计学分析。结果:建立了多基原郁金的电子鼻检测方法,绘制了多基原郁金气味识别指纹图谱。结论:电子鼻可用于多基原郁金的鉴定,为多基原中药材的鉴定提供了新思路。
Objective: To use electron nose technology to realize rapid and accurate identification of multi-basal tulip. Methods: The detection parameters and metal sensors of the samples were screened by the detector response value, and the characteristic data were analyzed by principal component analysis and discrimination factor analysis. Results: The electronic nose detection method of multi-base-original tulip was established and the fingerprints of multi-base original tulip odor were drawn. Conclusion: The electronic nose can be used for the identification of multi-base original tulip, which provides a new idea for the identification of multi-base original Chinese herbal medicines.
