目的 :探讨养阴益气活血方活性物质对脑缺血性损伤保护作用的研究。方法 :采用四血管阻断法造成大鼠全脑缺血模型 ,观察脑匀浆液丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)、环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)及血浆皮质醇 (F)、全血谷光甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH PX)活力的含量变化及相应的病理改变。结果 :养阴益气活血方在显著降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织中MDA、NO、ET、cAMP含量的同时 ,提高SOD、GSH PX的活性。结论 :养阴益气活血方能抑制脂质过氧化反应 ,提高机体抗氧化能力 ,对微血管和细胞损伤产生保护作用 ,因此对脑缺血再灌注损伤有显著的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on cerebral ischemic injury. METHODS: Four-vessel occlusion was used to establish a rat model of global cerebral ischemia. The activity of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) in the brain homogenate were observed. Changes in the activity of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), plasma cortisol (F), and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH PX) and the corresponding pathological changes. Results : Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Decoction significantly reduced the contents of MDA, NO, ET and cAMP in the brain tissue of rats with ischemia-reperfusion, and increased the activities of SOD and GSH PX. Conclusion : Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue can inhibit lipid peroxidation and improve the body’s antioxidation ability. It has a protective effect on microvascular and cell damage, so it has a significant protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
