鞍钢某工程,采用碎石人工垫层。垫层在柱基以下厚2.5米,碎石量达6600立方米,用震动法施工而成。从施工效果看,震动法施工不仅效率比较高,而且质量好,施工后碎石垫层的压缩模量(E。)可达到800公斤/平方厘米左右。看来,这是用来施工散粒材料人工垫层的一种比较好的方法。下面就应用震动法施工碎石人工垫层中的几个主要问题,介绍一下我们的做法和体会。该工程垫层所用的碎石为粒径5~40毫米的级配碎石,空隙率为42~45%,含泥量小于0.6%。所用
An engineering project of Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. uses gravel artificial cushions. The cushion is 2.5 meters thick below the base of the column and the amount of gravel is 6,600 cubic meters. It is constructed by vibrating. From the construction effect, the vibration method construction is not only more efficient, but also of good quality. After the construction, the compressive modulus (E.) of the gravel cushion can reach 800 kg/cm2. It seems that this is a better way to apply artificial cushions for bulk materials.
