世界上一百多个国家在和平时期均进行民防准备与建设。在民防准备中,很多城市对开发利用的地下空间附加了对战争灾害防护的要求。本文研究了城市地下空间群在城市平面内的宏观布局形式,给出了定量的结论与答案,提出了工程群不同防护度最优级配,不同类工程布局的非线性规划模型,根据问题的性质,采用模拟法与列举法联合求解。最后提出了在城市地下空间规划中提高对未来战争防护效率的建议。若干成果及模型已在一些城市中得到应用。
More than one hundred countries in the world are preparing for and preparing for civil defense during peacetime. In civil defense preparations, many cities have added requirements for the protection of wartime disasters to the development and use of underground space. This paper studies the macro layout of urban underground space groups in the urban plane, gives quantitative conclusions and answers, and proposes a non-linear programming model for the optimal gradation and engineering layout of engineering groups with different degree of protection, according to the problem. Nature, using simulation method and enumeration method jointly solve. Finally, the suggestions for improving the efficiency of future war protection in urban underground space planning are put forward. Several results and models have been applied in some cities.
