应用中药智子颗粒剂(方剂组成;枸杞子、益智仁、煅牡蛎、牛磺酸)预防、治疗铅暴露导致儿童亚临床神经毒性。其方法:在一定区域内对年龄7-12岁小学生共399名进行血铅测定,其中血铅值>20μg/dL(0.965umol/L)16名,随机分成给药组、对照组各60名,开放组42名,用药前后进行血红蛋白、身长、体重、视力测定,并在给药组中给药前后进行血液生化及免疫学检查(ALT、AstBun、Cr、IgG、IgA、IgM),并同时对60例高血铅小儿(30例服药组、30例对照组)服药前后进行心理测试(选用:划消、译码、积木、记忆)综合分析,其结果;用药一个月后给药组与开放组血铅明显下降(P<O.001),与给药前检查对比降低50%。血红蛋白、免疫球蛋白均有上升(P<0.001),心理测试几项指标明显高于对照组。结论:智子颗粒剂不仅降血铅,提高免疫功能,改善儿童健康状况,在增强智力方面亦有作用。本剂无肝肾副作用,安全。
The use of TCM Zhizi granules (prescriptions; wolfberry fruit, Zhiyiren, calcined oysters, taurine) to prevent and treat lead exposure causes subclinical neurotoxicity in children. Methods: Blood lead was measured in 399 pupils aged 7-12 years in a certain area. Among them, blood lead values were more than 20 μg/dL (0.965 μmol/L), and they were randomly divided into administration group and control group. A total of 42 patients in the open group were evaluated for hemoglobin, body length, body weight, and visual acuity before and after administration, and blood biochemical and immunological tests (ALT, AstBun, Cr, IgG, IgA, IgM) were performed before and after administration in the administration group. At the same time, a comprehensive analysis of the psychological test (selection: cancellation, decoding, building blocks, memory) was performed before and after taking 60 high-blood lead children (30 patients taking medication and 30 patients in the control group); the results were given after one month; Blood lead levels were significantly lower in the open group (P<0.001) and 50% lower compared to pre-dose tests. Hemoglobin and immunoglobulin all increased (P<0.001). Several indicators of psychological testing were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: Zhizi granules not only lower blood lead, improve immune function, improve children’s health status, but also play a role in enhancing intelligence. The agent has no side effects of liver and kidney, and is safe.
