0 引言RET 指蛋白(RET finger protein,RFP)属于 B 盒式结构的锌指蛋白(zinc finger protein)家族成员,具有三分体结构特点,结构域包括一个环指结构、一个 B-盒式结构、一个卷曲结构位点.当 RET 指蛋白的三分体结构与酪氨酸激酶发生融合时,就会变成癌基因.RFP蛋白在精子形成(spermatogenesis)过程的特定时期以及人和小鼠的各种成年组织中有表达活性.许多具有 B 盒式结构的蛋白都形成同二聚体,但这种三分体中的各个成分的单独情况下的具体作用目前还不十分清楚.初步研究结果表明,乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因组编码蛋白对于 RET 的基因表达水平具有显著的上调作用,显示 RET 的基因表达在 HBV、HCV感染引起的病毒性肝炎、肝硬化和肝细胞癌(HCC)的发病机制中具有重要的作用.
