作者对9只200~300g大鼠(7只在处死前24~48h经侧脑室或小脑延髓池注入Colchicine 100~200μg)用PAP法研究了Serotonin(5-HT)样、Substance P(SP)样、Leucine-Enkephalin(Leu-Enk)样和Methionine-Enkephalin(Met-Enk)样反应阳性神经元胞体在大鼠中缝核簇内的分布。上述4种抗血清均为美国INC公司产品。使用浓度5-HT为1∶1000;SP、Leu-Enk、Met-Enk为1:8000~1∶9000。羊抗兔免疫血清(GAR)和PAP复合物为美国Cappel产品。使用浓度分别为1∶100和1∶200。结果证明5-HT存在于中缝苍白核、中缝隐核、
The authors investigated the effect of Serotonin (5-HT) -like, Substance P (SP) -like (PAP) -like substances on 9 200-300 g rats (7 animals injected with Colchicine via lateral ventricle or cerebellar cistern 24- 48 hours before sacrifice 100-200 μg) , Leucine-Enkephalin (Leu-Enk) -like and Methionine-Enkephalin (Met-Enk) -positive neuronal somatic bodies in the rat. The four antiserums are all products of INC., USA. The concentration of 5-HT was 1: 1000; SP, Leu-Enk and Met-Enk were 1: 8000 ~ 1: 9000. Goat anti-rabbit immune serum (GAR) and PAP complex is Cappel products in the United States. The concentrations used were 1: 100 and 1: 200 respectively. The results show that 5-HT exists in the suture pale nucleus, syndesmotic,
