前言 铀化合物中溴离子的测定方法有比浊法、荧光光度法和分光光度法等。比浊法简单、快速,不需要分离铀,但是只能测定氯、溴和碘的总量,在氯和碘存在下,不能单独测定溴。荧光法灵敏度高,但稳定性差。分光光度法主要以品红为显色剂,优点是Cl~-不扰测定,灵敏度较高,但要分离铀。 近几年来,已将溴离子选择性电极,液相色谱、气相色谱和离子色谱用于溴离子的测定,但是这些方法都要求分离铀。
Foreword Determination of bromide ion in uranium compounds are turbidimetric method, fluorescence spectrophotometry and spectrophotometry.
