目的研究不同消毒方法对物体表面污染的耐药菌消毒效果。方法通过模拟现场消毒实验方法,观察不同化学消毒剂和消毒方法对在物体表面污染的耐药菌消毒效果。结果以含2 000 mg/L浓度的过氧乙酸、有效氯1 000 mg/L的含氯泡腾片水溶液和季铵盐消毒湿巾擦拭消毒硬质表面,并作用15 min,对表面上污染的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌和MRSA平均杀灭均可达到90%以上;酸性氧化电位水原液擦拭消毒物体表面作用2 h,对上述2种多重耐药菌平均杀灭率在85%左右。结论本研究中4种消毒方法对物体表面污染的两种多重耐药菌消毒效果以季铵盐消毒湿巾性价比较高,可考虑优先选择用作物体表面一般清洁消毒。
Objective To study the disinfectant effect of different disinfection methods on the surface of the object. Methods By simulating field disinfection experiment, the effects of different chemical disinfectants and disinfection methods on the disinfection of the resistant bacteria on the surface of the objects were observed. Results The disinfectant hard surface was wiped with peracetic acid containing 1000 mg / L of peracetic acid, chlorinated effervescent tablets containing 1000 mg / L of available chlorine and quaternary ammonium salt disinfection wipes, and the surface was disinfected for 15 min. Of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and MRSA killed more than 90% on average; acid oxidation potential aqueous solution wiped disinfectant surface for 2 h, the average killing rate of these two multi-drug resistant bacteria was about 85% . Conclusions In this study, the disinfection effect of the four disinfection methods on the surface contamination of the two multidrug-resistant bacteria in the study is that the quaternary ammonium salt disinfection wet scrub has higher cost performance and may be considered as the preferred choice for general cleaning and disinfection of the surface of the object.
