This article summarizes the objective operating environment and practical requirements faced by the local ATC system when it is used in automation systems and presents an understanding of the design of the automation system structure of the ATC system. In order to further demonstrate the practicability of ATC emergency system, the related emergency support was introduced to provide some reference for the superiority and improvement direction of ATC automation research.
