目的控制影响离心法制备冷沉淀质量的关键环节,保证冷沉淀质量。方法选择符合制备要求的全血在6h内制备完成作为冷沉淀的起始血液新鲜冰冻血浆。用离心法制备冷沉淀,将制备全过程的设备和环境冷链的温度控制在最佳范围内,更大程度的提高冷沉淀的制备合格率。结果2010年冷沉淀质量控制结果为76%合格,不合格原因均为FⅧ因子含量达不到80IU。通过对上述各关键控制点的不断改进和控制,2011年份冷沉淀质量控制抽检合格率提高为93%。结论冷沉淀制备的质量控制涉及到全血的采集、储存和运输、分离以及新鲜冰冻血浆的融化、分离、入库等诸多环节,
Objective To control the key factors affecting the quality of cold precipitation prepared by centrifugal method and to ensure the quality of cold precipitation. Methods Whole blood complying with the requirements of preparation was prepared within 6h. Fresh frozen plasma was obtained as cryoprecipitate starting blood. The centrifugal precipitation method was used to prepare the cryoprecipitate. The temperature of the equipment and the environment cold chain during the preparation of the whole process was controlled within the optimum range, which improved the yield of the cryoprecipitate to a greater extent. Results In 2010, the result of quality control of cryoprecipitate was 76%. The unqualified reason was that the content of F Ⅷ was less than 80IU. Through the continuous improvement and control of each of the above key control points, the qualification rate of quality inspection for cryogenic precipitation in 2011 increased to 93%.
