In 1975 Enzinger and Harvey reported a class of benign lipoma neoplasms, a total of 114 cases, named spindle cell lipoma, histologically characterized by mature adipocytes and shuttle-forming fibroblasts, colloidal mucin matrix. This tumor is easily misdiagnosed as liposarcoma or other benign or malignant tumors. In 1976, Angervaki et al. reported 14 cases. Recently, Japanese scholar Kitano also reported 12 cases. Most of the tumors are onset at 45 years of age and are susceptible to men. They usually occur in the shoulders and back of the neck and have no obvious symptoms. The tumors are large from the thumb to the big eggs, and they can be moved and the boundaries are clear. Medium texture, grayish yellow or grayish white, some areas can be mucus change. With histological changes, mature adipocytes are divided into bundles of spindle cells, which are lobulated. Cytological characteristics are: 1, are mature single vacuolar adipocytes, absolutely no more foamy lipids
