自从韩国大邱地铁发生火灾事故后,地铁设计师以及专家们更加关心事故情况下对地铁内密集人群的疏散,区间隧道内的疏散作为重难点更被设计师们所重视,国内某些城市地铁在验收期间有人提出事故情况下为了更快、更及时的疏散区间隧道内乘客,建议区间隧道疏散平台延伸至车站站台,并且以后新建线路也考虑按此标准来进行设计、建设。是否因韩国大邱地铁火灾事故让我们过度重视,区间隧道疏散平台延伸至站台的疏散措施又是否有利于疏散。本文从工程的可行性、各种情况下乘客的疏散特点进行探讨区间隧道疏散平台延伸至车站站台的必要性。
Since the fire accident in Daegu Subway in South Korea, subway designers and experts are more concerned about the evacuation of densely populated crowds in the subway under the accident. Evacuation within the inter-section tunnel is regarded as a heavy and difficult task by designers. Some domestic metros During the acceptance period, someone suggested to evacuate the passengers in the tunnels more quickly and more timely under the accident conditions. It is suggested that the tunnel evacuation platform extend to the station platform and the new lines should also be designed and built according to this standard. Whether we are over-valued due to the fire accident in Daegu metro station in South Korea will result in evacuation of the evacuation of the inter-area tunnel evacuation platform to the platform. In this paper, the feasibility of the project and the evacuation characteristics of passengers in various situations are discussed to explore the necessity of extending the tunnel evacuation platform to the station platform.
