武术对大学生心理压力调适的研究

借助问卷CPSS和CHQ-12,采用实验对比及多元线性回归方程分析法,对普通大学生施加武术练习干预,探析16周武术课学习对大学生心理压力调适的作用。结论:56.5%大学生潜在心理压力过大危机,21.4%大学生潜在心理健康危机;武术的授课内容、时段和形式对大学生心理压力的调适无显著差异;武术的授课次数及学习动机对大学生心理压力的调适有着积极的促进作用。 With the help of questionnaire CPSS and CHQ-12, the experimental contrast and multiple linear regression equation analysis were used to impose Wushu practice intervention on ordinary college students to explore the effect of 16 weeks Wushu class learning on psychological stress adaptation of college students. Conclusions: 56.5% college students have potential psychological stress crisis and 21.4% college students potential mental health crisis. There is no significant difference in the contents, periods and forms of Wushu teaching among college students. Wushu teaching times and learning motivation have an impact on the psychological stress of college students Adjustment has a positive role in promoting.
