本文采用熔融法制得了氨苄青霉素栓剂，对其进行了质量考察及体外溶出的研究。结果表明，以半合成脂肪酸酯为基质制得的栓剂，加入适量吐温８０能显著提高氨苄的体外溶出。 In this paper, ampicillin suppository was prepared by melt method, and the quality of the suppository was investigated. The results show that the semi-synthetic fatty acid ester suppository prepared by adding appropriate amount of Tween 80 can significantly improve the in vitro dissolution of ampicillin.
