阻抗心动图(ICG)作为一种无创伤检测心功能的方法,最早主要用于估算心搏出量(SV)。近年来开始注意研究ICG波形的生理意义与病变的关系。由于SV降低所反映的心泵功能下降可以是各种心脏病发展变化的结果,若能同时观察SV和ICG波形的变化,则可对急性心肌缺血症状进行相对直观的无创性监测。本文用药物使狗的冠状动脉痉挛(CAS),形成急性心肌缺血模型。定量观察ICG波形的变化,并与其它现行的无创性检测指标对照。
Impedance Cardiogram (ICG) as a non-invasive method of detecting cardiac function, the earliest is mainly used to estimate the stroke volume (SV). In recent years began to pay attention to study the physiological significance of ICG waveform and the relationship between lesions. The decline of cardiac pump function reflected by the decrease of SV can be the result of the development of various heart diseases. If the changes of SV and ICG waveforms can be observed at the same time, the relative non-invasive monitoring of acute myocardial ischemia can be performed relatively intuitively. This article uses the drug to make dog coronary artery spasm (CAS), the formation of acute myocardial ischemia model. Quantitative observation of ICG waveform changes, and with other current non-invasive detection indicators control.
