我院近5年来应用传统综合疗法(包括应用抗生素,改善呼吸道通畅,给氧,强心利尿对症处理等)加硝苯啶(简称联用组)治疗心功能障碍为主的慢性肺心病Ⅲ度心力衰竭(心衰)50例,并与同期内应用综合疗法(简称单用组)治疗的50例作对比,前者疗效显著,现报告如下。临床资料1. 一般资料:我院从1984年1月～1989年1月共收治慢性肺心病Ⅲ度心衰100例,均符合下述诊断
